The ferment was inoculated with XR Grand Rouge yeast. The wine spent 3 weeks on skins before being pressed out. The wine was matured in Sirugue French oak barriques for 12 months, 50% of the oak was new. Bottled 28th May 2025. Textural and harmonious on the palate, with a core of beautiful ripe plum and cherry fruit, fine, rocky tannins and an elegant composition and flow.
